Location: Fife, WA Opening: Full Time Department: Distribution Reports to: Dispatch Manager Pay Scale: Up to $25 hourly - DOE Job Summary

Delivering and installing freestanding appliances in residential homes in the Puget Sound area. Albert Lee Appliance is a fast growing, family owned appliance retailer with six locations in Seattle, Bellevue, Southcenter, Lynnwood, Tacoma and Silverdale serving the Pacific Northwest for over 80 years. Essential Functions of the Position
  • Ability to move heavy items repeatedly throughout the work day as necessary
  • Basic understanding of tools
  • Drive a 26 ft. box truck (CDL not required)

Ballard Warehouse Associate

Location: Ballard, WA Opening: Full Time Department: Warehouse Reports to: Warehouse Manager Pay Scale: $18/hr. - DOE Job Summary

Our warehouse team members are responsible for the following tasks: Driving forklifts, clamps, basaloid and order picker, loading freight onto trucks and unloading freight into warehouse, accounting for and keeping accurate inventory and working safe.

Essential Functions of the Position
  • Carefully loading and unloading daily freight.
  • Assembling and installing appliance components.
  • Pulling orders accurately and handling will call customers.
  • Processing order paperwork.

Seattle Customer Service Specialist

The responsibility of the Customer Service Specialist is to answer emails and accept phone calls from external customers, sales staff and vendors. Apart from responding to these inquiries our Customer Service Specialist provides information to the customer that will help them in making decisions to resolve any concerns. Our ultimate expectation is to hire and retain individuals that enjoy a challenging, fast paced environment with room to grow within the organization.

Essential Functions of the Position
  • Handling customer service issues by obtaining and evaluating all relevant data.

Albert Lee Appliance is looking for qualified Sales Associates to assist customers in making an informed decision based on their needs with the best product knowledge in a large appliance retail setting. Successful applicants will have a deep understanding of the sales process including the ability to build a rapport with customers and be able to accurately input and track all sales orders through the delivery/pickup process.
